Customers who have signed a support agreement have free access to unlimited telephone and e-mail support concerning questions about functionality.

You can call us from 8 am – 4 pm (GMT+1), Monday-Thursday and from 8 am – 3 pm (GMT+1) on Fridays. E-mail questions will usually be answered within 24 hours.

Support for our solutions is provided in-house by our dedicated and experienced support team.
